Once we choose the fabric, we carefully cut each piece according to its model.

Then comes the stitching and assembly.

Piece by piece, panel by panel, our team sews everything together with great attention.
We check the seams twice, sometimes three times —
because good furniture is built on small details most people never see,
but definitely feel.

Our 28 DNS high-density foam is strong and supportive on its own,
but we go one step further:
we wrap it in a felt layer to protect both the fabric cover and the foam from wear over the years.
It’s a simple step, but it makes a big difference —
a quiet kind of longevity.
