As soon as you complete your purchase, we immediately begin preparing your Poufudic Sofa.
We assemble the covers, wrap the 28 DNS high-density foams, vacuum-seal every piece,
and make sure your order is perfectly packed for a safe trip to its new home.
We ship worldwide with free express delivery.
Your order is delivered via UPS and Fedex within 3–4 business days.

Return Policy
We keep things simple — no confusing rules, no small print.
If there is any defect, damage, or missing part in your product,
we immediately solve it with zero cost to you.
We will either send a brand-new replacement with free express shipping,
or, if you prefer, we offer a full refund.
Your Poufudic is fully insured until it reaches your home.
If the product has no defects but you simply wish to return it,
you are welcome to do so — in this case, the return shipping cost is paid by the customer.
Our only request is that the product is returned in clean condition,
without stains, cuts, burns, or permanent deformation,
so we can safely process your refund.
