At Poufudic Sofa, your happiness truly means everything to us. Every Poufudic is created for comfort, joy, and long-lasting use — and we stand behind it completely.

If there is any issue, defect, or missing part, we will fix it immediately. A replacement will be sent right away via free express shipping. From our factory to your home, your Poufudic is fully covered by our warranty and insurance until it arrives safely and perfectly.

If you notice any damage or problem after delivery (Within 14 days), just send us a few photos. Our team will take care of it right away and ship a replacement without delay — no stress, no complications. 

If the product has no defect and you simply change your mind, you can still return it. In this case, the return shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility.

To qualify for a return, the item must be clean, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You can start the process by filling out our return form or emailing us at poufudic@gmail.com

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you right away. After approval, we will initiate your refund to your original method of payment. The refund will appear on your statement according to your card issuer’s timeline — usually within 10 days.
